A perspective on the Republican So. Carolina primary election.

I have been pondering the inconsistencties between the Republican party's "Family Values" standardss (whatever that means to you) and support for an admitted serial adulterer in the so. Carolina primary. Just a thought, and I believe in forgiveness and redemption but I still would not want an admitted embezzler working in my bank.Forgivness does not mean overlooking transgressions and putting the person in the same or similar position in which they were previously unsuccessful

Also-to be fair-Romney appears so stiff and uncomfortable as to be almost a martinet and I critize his appearance so as to not be labeled a sexist when I ask--Do you really want a bleached blonde, admiited adultress who served as a mistrisses to a married man for 6 years as our nation's First Lady--a long way from a laura or Barbara Bush.

  1. Bobby-- it is sexist ot point out her appearane--and,her appearance says nothing about her character, smarts, grace, etc. And, not to speak ill of the Bush ladies--but, I prefer the more outspoken Mrs.Ford or the more elegant, intelligent Mrs. Obama. Now, I do think it is legitimate to critize a potential First Lady who is a known "cheater" although, frankly, since hers is not an elected office should we really care??? Now, how about a blog about the nutsos running the republican party and the demise of the once grand party. Love arguing with you!!
